Law Enforcement Request Policy

AsianThrill.com (“AsianThrill,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting the privacy and safety of our members while complying with applicable laws. This Law Enforcement Request Policy explains how we respond to requests from law enforcement agencies, government authorities, and other authorized entities.

Purpose

AsianThrill may receive requests from law enforcement agencies seeking information relating to criminal investigations, public safety, fraud, or other legal matters.

We evaluate each request carefully to ensure it complies with applicable laws while protecting the privacy rights of our members.

Emergency Requests

If there is an imminent risk of death, serious bodily harm, child exploitation, or another emergency requiring immediate action, law enforcement agencies should clearly indicate that the request is an emergency.

Where permitted or required by applicable law, AsianThrill may disclose limited information without delay when we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to prevent imminent harm.

Emergency requests should include:

  • The nature of the emergency.
  • The specific account or individual involved, if known.
  • The legal authority making the request.
  • Contact information for the requesting agency.

Standard Legal Requests

AsianThrill generally requires valid legal process before disclosing non-public user information, except where disclosure is otherwise permitted or required by applicable law.

Depending on the jurisdiction and circumstances, valid legal process may include:

  • A subpoena
  • A court order
  • A search warrant
  • Another legally authorized request

Each request is reviewed individually to ensure it is lawful, appropriately scoped, and consistent with applicable privacy laws.

Preservation Requests

Law enforcement agencies may request that AsianThrill preserve existing account information while appropriate legal process is obtained.

Where permitted by law, we may temporarily preserve available information for a reasonable period.

Preservation of data does not automatically result in disclosure.

Child Safety

AsianThrill maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual exploitation and abuse.

If we become aware of suspected child sexual abuse material (CSAM), child exploitation, grooming, or related criminal activity, we may report such information to appropriate authorities as required or permitted by law.

Accounts involved in such activity may be immediately suspended or terminated.

Human Trafficking & Exploitation

AsianThrill prohibits the use of its platform to facilitate:

  • Human trafficking
  • Sex trafficking
  • Forced labor
  • Commercial sexual exploitation

Where credible information indicates such activity, we may cooperate with law enforcement agencies in accordance with applicable laws.

Fraud and Financial Crimes

AsianThrill may cooperate with investigations involving:

  • Romance scams
  • Identity theft
  • Financial fraud
  • Cryptocurrency scams
  • Money laundering
  • Organized criminal activity

Appropriate legal process may be required before disclosure of user information unless disclosure is otherwise authorized by law.

User Privacy

Protecting user privacy is an important part of our mission.

AsianThrill does not voluntarily disclose private user information except:

  • With the user’s consent;
  • When required by applicable law;
  • When responding to valid legal process;
  • When necessary to protect the safety of our users or others; or
  • As otherwise described in our Privacy Policy.

International Requests

Requests from authorities outside the United States may need to be submitted through appropriate legal channels recognized under applicable international agreements or United States law.

Policy Updates

AsianThrill may update this Law Enforcement Request Policy from time to time to reflect changes in applicable laws, operational practices, or user safety initiatives.

Continued use of the platform following publication of an updated policy constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
