Three Business Day Cancellation Right

California dating-service users may cancel a paid dating-service contract within three business days after purchase and request a refund.

Online Cancellation

If you joined or purchased online, you may cancel online through your dashboard or by submitting a request through Contact Us. We do not require you to call by phone to cancel.

Automatic Renewals

When a paid plan renews automatically, renewal terms should be presented before purchase. You may cancel future renewals online.

Account Deletion

Cancellation of a paid plan is separate from deleting your account. To delete your account and profile data, use the Delete My Data page.
